Safeguarding the rights and interests of consumers in court

The article analyzes judicial practice of consideration of disputes on protection of the rights of consumers. Examines procedural issues that arise when considering the appropriate category of disputes. Special attention is paid to the analysis of individual means of protection of the rights of consumers and to identify their characteristics, the problems of definition of jurisdiction of Affairs about protection of the rights of consumers. The analysis of the court practice on this issue.
