the present paper contains an analysis of the problem of organization of auxiliary and supporting industries for the substitution of import in the Russian agro-industrial complex. It is demonstrated that the goal of this organization should be setting up extended agro-industrial production chains based on networking cooperation between agro-industrial and supporting companies. Main forms of networking cooperation are described (coopetition, public-private partnership, clusters). It is demonstrated that the optimal method of formation of extended agro-industrial production chains are clusters.
