The strategy of commercial banks: standardization or an individual approach?

The article presents an analysis of a problem of a combination of individual and standard approaches to rendering banking services for optimization of expenses in the conditions of division of banks into banks with basic and universal licenses. Conclusions are drawn on advantage of an individual approach to customer service in the long term.
