Some questions of criminally-legal estimation of fraud in the sphere of housing and communal services

in the article the issue of expediency of the distinguishing the criminal fraud norms in the sphere of housing and communal services in the Criminal Code of Russian Federation is considered, some objective formal components of the fraud are analyzed, different approaches to the forms of fraud are considered, the most common types of fraud which is usually committed in the sphere of housing and communal services are given, proposals for improving Russian criminal legislation in the regulation of criminal responsibility for fraud are formulated.
