Impact of right for practical activity

In the article the author gives a working definition of the image of law as a subjectively objective phenomenon. The factors influencing the formation of the image of law are singled out. The theoretical and applied importance of the image of law for the improvement and development of legislation, law-realizing practice, legal education is considered. The author pays special attention to the importance of the image of law for law enforcement activities.
