Contesting suspicious transactions of a debtor-citizen in bankruptcy

Close attention is paid to insolvency of citizens in the legal literature recently. This is due primarily to the changes in the bankruptcy law that occurred in 2015, according to which there was a possibility of recognition of the bankrupt citizen, not having the status of an individual entrepreneur. Due to these changes, the issue of contesting the transactions of a debtor-citizen becomes particularly relevant. The article deals with some features of the challenging suspicious transaction of a debtor-citizen. It is proposed to take into account the exceptional circumstances, which were the basis for conclusion of the deal by the individual, which could be invalidated by special bankruptcy formal reasons.
