Egal values in the system of action contemporary law

The main areas of action of modern law are rationing, regulation, enforcement and court. In accordance with the given guidelines, the functions of law are de-fined, each of which is integrated into the legal reality by means of corresponding legal values. Having determined the theoretical framework of the operation of modern law through legal values, one can dwell on examples of the actual implementation of basic legal values. Justice, on the one hand, coincides with the fact of the realization of law (and the problem of achieving it is removed outside the reality of legal norms), on the other hand, justice is a moment in the realization of the law due in it, reason-able, moral.
