State (municipal) energy service contract as the composite contractual construction

The article gives the legal qualification of the energy service agreement, in the form of a contract to provide municipal needs. On the example of the energy service contract in the sphere of procurement, the author examined the legal phenomenon of combining special contractual constructions. The energy service contract in the field of procurement is qualified as a combined special contractual construction that combines the special contractual construction of the State (municipal) contract and the special contractual construction of the energy service contract.
