Investments companies according to USA law

The key purposes of the article are to define the term “investment company” according to USA law and to describe legal relationship between management of investment company and investors of investment company, between investment company and investors of investment company. Author researched in the article different USA laws (including Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, the definition of the term “investment company” provided by USA law). On the base of foresaid author defines the term “investment company”.
