The libertarian-legal theory of V.S. Nersesyants and the prospects for its implementation

The article is devoted to reveal the essence of libertarian legal theory V.S.Nersesyants,prospects of its implementation, both in theory and in practice. This article discusses the theoretical interpretation, the essence of law, the divergence of these concepts in the general theory of law. The issue of the content of the legal principle of formal equality in the libertarian - legal concept is also considered.
