Economic right as complex megotrasl: predictive aspect

In article the ratio of policy, economy and right is investigated, value of a social orientation of the Russian economy as lever of economic growth is reasoned, the role of legislative providing the economic relations is noted, allocation is proved in system of Russian law of megabranch of the economic right and inclusion in his subject of the relations following from economic activity.
