Some aspects of the systematization of the information sources of the law of Kyrgyzstan

For the total set of sources for information law of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR) is characterized by a low level of legal technology, General and sometimes downright declarative, excessive complexity, regulatory-industry fragmentation. In General, the array is dominated by the acts on electronic media, software and hardware, while important and necessary acts regulating the already existing information and their associated relationships. In the existing acts is dominated by technical concepts with relatively poor legal apparatus that forms in regulations is clearly not a legal position. To overcome the fragmentation and unsystematic rules on Informatization is proposed to develop and adopt a "National framework of information activities", reinforcing the Foundation, direction, principles, conditions, procedure, forms, methods, goals, tasks, search, collection, production, formulation, distribution, use, consumption, protection and security of information information security.
