Methods applied in the process of proof verification (Conception of methods of proof verification)

This article is dedicated to the problem of detection of the basic methods of proof verification. This study, among other things, is important for a better understanding of the verification of proves and the quality of preliminary investigation and trial. In the article the author makes a justified conclusion that during the process of proof verification are used both general scientific methods of cognition and special proper methods related to the sphere of criminal procedure cognition.
