Resolutions of Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation as a form of normative concretization of the criminal-legal regulations

In the article discusses the interpretative practice of Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in criminal cases. After analyzing merits and demerits of a number of last resolutions of the Court devoted to interpretation of the provisions of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation, the author came to a conclusion that these acts concretizing the content of the criminal law and thereby introduces new elements in the legal regulation should be seen as a particular form of norm-setting, realized at the level of law enforcement.
