Alternative civil service

The article is devoted to consideration of alternative civilian service for the replacement of military conscription as an inalienable right of the citizen. The work is based on theoretical and methodological research experts on the problems of ensuring replacement of military service to perform alternative civilian service. Concluding it can be said that the Russian Federation is necessary to conduct a large-scale campaign to explain to the population the basics of the law on alternative civilian service.
