Contractual relations as protection from risks in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity

In the present article it to be told about the contractual relations as to protection against risk and not desirable situations which can arise in the course conducting business activity. Also an explanation what is risk in such difficult sphere as business activity what risk cases happen and as maintaining contractual policy can help with business activity is given.
