A study of the relationship between the concepts "the organizational intellectual capital" and innovations: theoretical and practical aspects

In the theoretical aspect of the revealed logical relationship between organizational intellectual capital of the organization and innovation, created after performing a qualitatively new analogues from past scientific and technological developments, scientific discoveries, inventions, the process of commercialization. Highlighted features of the intellectual capital of the organization, they performed in General and in the context of the component parts: the aggregate intellectual capital – the function of ensuring and maintaining the yield of formation of the intellectual potential reputational; organisational intellectual capital is a commercial function. Practical aspects on the example of JSC "SevKavNIPIgaz" represented a manifestation of the reverse effect from the use of intellectual capital and organizational innovation.
