Legal problems of counteraction of corruption in bodies of state power of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The legal challenge of combating corruption in public authorities of the Re-public of Sakha (Yakutia), is an important subject for study because, despite the use of a comprehensive list of measures for countering corruption, at the moment the problem is not solved in full. The article analyzes the law en-forcement practice of legislation, the causes of corruption offences, the exist-ing problems of legal and organizational nature. Discusses the results of sur-veys conducted in the study. Formulates proposals for improving legislation with a view of increase of efficiency of counteraction of corruption.
