Discussion issues of determining the legal nature of the institute of invalidity of elections

in this paper, the author analyzes the different points of view that exist in the domestic legal science, the definition of the legal nature of the institution of invalidity of elections, and also draws conclusions about the ambiguity of the nature of this institution, the possibility of its attribution to law-restoring and law-protecting measures.
