Personality of the criminal and motivation to commit a corruption crime in public procurement

the subject of the study in this article is the question of identifying socially significant properties, characteristics or characteristics in the personality of a corrupt criminal who has committed a wrongful act in the sphere of public procurement. It is indicated that corruption behavior in the field of public procurement is polemotivated. It is generated under the influence of several leading motives, among which there are two main motives. One of them is to recognize self-interest and the desire to provide oneself with possible material goods, including exorbitant material needs and ambitions. As a result of the investigation of the identity of the corruption offender in public procurement, the most common features characterizing this type of criminals are indicated.
