Rationality as an attribute of law

The article is devoted to the most important attribute of law, which predetermined its historical development and the current state within the framework of the Western European legal tradition. Such an attribute is rationality, and the article shows some philosophical aspects of this concept, essential from the point of view of explaining methodologically important phenomena of the interrelation between law and morality
