Constitutional regulation of special regimes and states of emergency in Iraq

The article is devoted to the study of the constitutional regulation of special regimes and the state of emergency in Iraq. The author considers the problems arising in the establishment and application of restrictions. On the basis of the existing constitutional practice, the necessity of limiting the rights and freedoms of citizens is justified only in the case and to the extent that they are provided for by the constitutional law of the state and comply with the norms of international law.
