On the issue of the specifics of the criminal responsibility of an official in the military service for abuse of authority

The article is devoted to the specifics of the qualification of crimes and the delimitation of individual trains related to exceeding the official powers committed by persons who are on military service. The authors conducted an analysis of the norms and domestic criminal legislation and law enforcement practice in this area, relating to the issues of qualification and the appointment of criminal penalties for abuse of office. The specifics of the application of this crime in the sphere of military legal relations, its special role and place in the system of counteraction against crimes committed against military service are considered.
