Directions of improvement of criminal law influence in respect of legal persons

Questions of need of improvement of the current legislation of the Russian Federation concerning the legal persons which are carrying out criminal acts in economy. The facts demonstrating corruption acts of legal persons at execution of budgetary funds are given. The basis of a solution is caused by recognition of the status of the legal person as subject public dangerous crimes. The legislation of Russia has to meet adequately a criminological situation, consider foreign experience, promote active counteraction of formation of criminal communities as a part of legal persons.
