The article examines the impact of Nafta in the Postal budget of the Russian Federation on social and economic development of the country. Provides a Research method for the analysis of TDS domestic and foreign experts in the field of economic theory and economic analysis. The relevance of the study lies in the need for diversification of the economy, but in the absence of the necessary infrastructure and economic environment, the authors see ways to maintain the Russian economy due to high oil prices, with the aim of creating bremen to contribute to the priority for the economy on the increase, commodity pool budget. Establishes effective conditions to maintain high prices in the oil and gas industry.
