Criminalistic characteristics of typical mechanisms unrecognized crimes in the insurance industru

The article highlights and examines the forensic features of the standard mechanisms of committing unrecognizable crimes in the insurance sphere, gives characteristic examples from the domestic law enforcement practice of qualification and investigation of these crimes. As a conclusion, authors draw a conclusion about the urgency of developing forensic tools for their prevention, detection and investigation.
