About organizational and legal problems of reclamation by prosecutor's office of information, necessary for conducting checks

In the scientific publication organizational and legal questions of reclamation of information by public prosecutor's workers for holding test actions of persons under surveillance of bodies and officials are analyzed. The federal legislation, orders of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and also law-enforcement practice is analyzed, the author's solution of problems in this sphere is proposed.
