Trends of the transformation of corporations with the aim of increasing their competitiveness

The article examines the competitiveness of modern commercial enterprises and corporations, reveals the main parameters that affect its effectiveness. A model for assessing the competitiveness of corporations is presented. The main reasons that lead to the emergence of problem zones in the development of competitive advantages of corporations are revealed. Specific mechanisms and measures are proposed for the transformation of corporations in order to increase their competitiveness.
