Professionalization of representatives in civil proceedings

The author, in the context of proposed by Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to civil procedural codes legislation, examines the compliance of these changes to the position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Based on the comparison of the bill with the legislation of Germany author proposes the amendments into a bill.
