Social and legal problems of resochalization of persons involved by veterinary and cropping

Begging, closely related to begging and vagrancy and in the transition to the information society, remain topical social and legal problems, representing an antisocial type of behavior that has a significant criminal potential. The problems of vagrancy and begging as professional begging, being forms of deviant behavior, can not be treated solely as socially dangerous. Obviously, it requires a comprehensive approach, methodologically developed on the basis of modern theories of social exclusion and deviance with the development of special methods of prevention and subsequent minimization.
