Actual peculiarities of transactions for buying-sale, measures, gifts with residential premises

In the modern period in Russia, as in all civilised world, every citizen commits at least one deal with housing. In Russia, the acquisition of premises is without exaggeration one of the most desired and long-awaited acquisition. To date, transactions with real estate require a deep and systematic knowledge, including knowledge related to the characteristics of this market, which is determined by the specificity of the object of real estate. The right of ownership of the dwelling can be acquired by way of Commission of civil law transactions, including transactions such as sale, exchange, donation from the living room. In these circumstances the article discusses the features of transactions of purchase and sale, exchange, donation from the living room. The author analyzes the concept of «premises», the legislation, connected with state registration of ownership rights to residential premises and transactions with them. The author comes to the conclusion that the main features of transactions of purchase and sale, exchange, donation from the living room, connected with a special legal regime of the property in question. The main features, according to the author, these include: the subject - real property, a mandatory written form of the transaction, and state registration of such transaction.
