Development of the concept of "Secular State" in the period from the All-Russian Local Council Russian Orthodox Church of 1917-1918 until now

Secularity is difficult to understand the concept in relation to which there is no common interpretation. In our country the principle of secularism evolved from the time of the decision of the local Council of the Russian Orthodox Church of 1917-1918, at the present time. The modern Russian state is considered with the religious traditions of the society, since they significantly facilitate public construction and management.
