The value of criminalistic characteristics and elements in the method of the investigation of the financing of terrorism

This article allows to present criminalistics characteristics of the crime probabilistic model guidance model that includes a description of the main elements of an offence relevant to the investigation of the financing of terrorism. The proposed set of elements of criminalistic characteristics of the financing of terrorism is a sufficient understanding by the investigator of the nature of the crime and the fundamental when proposing and planning the investigation. The author focused on the meaning and place of criminalistic characteristics in the system development of a private technique of investigation of crimes, and also pointed out the importance of considering the content of its elements. The findings can be used by practitioners in the investigation of criminal cases under article 205.1 of the criminal code.
