Banking products range optimization while developing remote banking channels

the article discusses the modern functions of banks. It’s clarify types service channels, gives the characteristics of the contact and remote communication channels. Paper describes the potential of contact and contactless service channels. The terms “traditional bank” and “online bank” are considered and its products analysis is conducted. As results of the article are new requirement to the banks’ products.
