To a question of the concept of development of administrative law in the Kyrgyz Republic

Questions of search of new approaches in researches of traditional institutes of administrative law, including administrative legal proceedings and administrative responsibility of the Kyrgyz Republic are considered. Different approaches to understanding of an entity of administrative law in the modern conditions are analyzed. Questions of influence of the western experience of administrative legal proceedings on development of administrative legal proceedings of the Kyrgyz Republic are considered.
