Problems of reforming legislation on legal persons in a part concerning the types of economic society (on the example of practice of separate subjects of the Russian Federation)

the article examines changes in Russian corporate legislation concerning the changes of the kinds (types) of economic societies. In particular, signs are considered public and nonpublic business entities. Also analyzes the peculiarities of application of relevant legislation in some regions of the southern Federal district.
