A development of the industries in the system of state planning and organisation in the Soviet economy gave both positive and negative outcomes. Therefore, the experience of organizing and planning in forest sector seems to be edifying.
Unfortunately, an unequal economic standing of the logging industry and forestry has predetermined long-term conflicts that have not been overcome hitherto.
