Human capital in the conditions of intellectual economy

In the period from the 1990s to the present, in connection with the solution of socio-economic problems on a national scale, interest in the theory of human capital has increased among Russian researchers. In our opinion, this is due primarily to the need to assess the prospects for the development of the intellectual economy at the national level. The article highlights studies of human capital in the use of the accumulated Russian theoretical material and developed methodological tools for interpreting extensive empirical material in the conditions of the Russian socio-economic reality.
