The emerging politico-economic mechanism reforms should contribute to creating favourable conditions for private entrepreneurship, improvement of the system of economic control, elimination of flaws and weaknesses in legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity, establishment of business cooperation with other States by establishing an international system to combat the criminal enterprise, the permanent exchange of experience of criminological forecasting trends in the development of criminal enterprise.
Political and socio-economic transformations are not realized in the airless space, but in the living historical environment. The speed and rigidity in the 90s of the 20th century interruptions of old economic ties as shown by "time" have certain negative consequences.
This article describes the main determinants that influence the state of crime in the entrepreneurial sphere.
