Legal features of the accumulative-mortgage system of servicemen's housing provision

in this article questions of realization of the right to housing by servicemen in the part of realization of this right are touched by participation in the accumulative-mortgage system of housing provision. The main elements of the legal mechanism for the realization of this right within the framework of the current legislation are considered. It is concluded that the implementation of the right to housing a serviceman who undergo military service under a contract through accumulative mortgage provision, the state actually refuses a certain part of its social function in this sphere, placing them on the servicemen themselves.
