Сivil-law regulation of pre-contractual contacts in business

The article deals with the concept, legal regulation and legal nature of pre-contractual relations in the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and defines their significance for the development of entrepreneurial activity. Particular attention is paid to issues arising in the doctrine and law practice regarding the procedure for negotiating, as well as responsibility for their unfair conduct.
