Organizational-economic mechanism of innovative development of the construction industry

The article discusses the reasons for the low innovative activity of the con-struction industry, which hinders the solution of the problem of affordable housing for a large part of the Russian population. The necessity of change of interrelations of participants of the housing market based on the account of in-terests of all parties of process of construction of housing on the industrial ba-sis is proved. The article reveals the features of the organizational and econom-ic mechanism to improve the quality and reduce the time of construction of af-fordable housing on the basis of the development of industrial housing con-struction in the framework of public-private partnership.
