Efficient management of financial flows of an enterprise in a volatile economic environment

Management of the activities of machine-building enterprises in the period of economic development should be carried out taking into account a scientifically grounded assessment of the impact of various economic factors on the efficiency of resource use. This will allow constructing adequate forecasts of changes in indicators that determine the effectiveness of resource use. The restoration and development of innovation activity largely depends on the revitalization of the process of mobilizing investment resources at the expense of both internal and external opportunities.
