Structure of the civil liability mechanism for the protection of intellectual property rights

After the analysis of civil liability for the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (hereinafter IP) as a legal phenomenon, it is necessary to investigate the internal structure of this phenomenon. The best method for solving this problem is to construct a scientific-gnoseological model of the mechanism for its implementation and analysis of the constituent elements of this mechanism. At the same time, we proceed from the fact that the mechanism of civil responsibility for the protection of IP rights is a certain combination of the elements constituting its structure and ultimately gives the authorized person in case of violation of his IP rights a real opportunity to resort to certain methods of protection.
