The article shows the problem of mutual influence of international and domestic law in the context of globalization. The author studies the approaches of the international legal doctrine to the problem of the correlation between the norms of international and domestic law. The issues of constitutional regulation of the correlation between international and domestic law in Europe are considered in detail. The peculiarity and dominance of EU law for the member countries and the principles of recognition of its priority are revealed.
