Disciplinary responsibility for violation of legislation in the field of data protection

Based on general provisions of the Russian legislation on disciplinary responsibility, the article covers the issues of disciplinary responsibility for committing offenses by an employee in the information sphere during performance of official duties as an important stimulating factor in ensuring data protection, termination of the employment contract by the employer. The article deals with the procedure for bringing to disciplinary responsibility for violation of legislation in the field of data protection.
