Some problems of legal regulation of the institution of delaying the serving of punishment by a drug addict

The article is devoted to studying the issue of legal regulation of the institute serving the postponement of punishment for crimes committed by drug addicts. The basic concepts and principles of activities of the Institute, give an estimate of the existing research on the topic. Nominated and justified position on the need to reform appropriate legislation.
