Tariffing of housing services with using of modern informational technologies

The article reviews the existing regulatory base of housing and communal services tariffing. It is conducted research of the level of satisfaction of the population with the quality of services. A new system of definition of service and common territory charges is offered based on the tariffs of the managing organization.
