Corporate finance: the problem of indifference

This article is essentially a continuation of a series of articles by the author of recent years on the formation of an alternative vision of corporate finance. In order to raise the problems of corporate finance as an integral part of modern financial science, the issue of their indifference to the domestic fundamentals of finance was considered, which, in the opinion of the author, poses as an actual problem the correspondence of the content and direction of corporate finance to the current tasks and needs of the country's economic development.
