Strategic management by the cost of the company

In article approaches to the choice of strategy of forming of market value of the company due to accumulation of resource, innovative and financial and in-vestment capacities of the company are considered. The specified approaches are based on market information and information on the values of fundamental indicators reached by the company that allows to develop target values for the separate strategy of the company.
